DR. D’PANKAR BANERJI

Dr.D’Pankar Banerji started as a consultant gynecologist after graduating from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh with an MBBS and MS in Gynecology in 1989. Since then, he has been interested in infertility and maternal and fetal health. This led him to start working as an infertility specialist in 1992. He began his private practice in reproductive endocrinology and infertility when he established Ideal Fertility IVF Centre in 1996. He has successfully treated hundreds of infertile couples.
DR. MRS. RINKU BANERJI

Dr. Rinku Banerji graduated with an MBBS and DCP from Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. After moving to Jabalpur, she started Ideal Pathology as the first beginning of the Centre today. In 1996, she became a part of Ideal Fertility as an Embryologist after rigorous training and currently specialized in IVF and ICSI. She graduated for University of Leeds, United Kingdom, with an M.Sc. in Clinical Embryology. As of today, she is the Head Embryologist in Ideal Fertility and is an expert in IVF, ICSI, andrology,testicular sperm aspiration (TESA) gamete and embryo cryopreservation and frozen embryo transfer. She also specializes in molecular cytogenetics and pathology and is an expert in histopathology and karyotyping. She heads the state-of-the-art Pathology lab with competent staff assisting her.
MS. ISHANI BANERJI

Embryologist and Molecular Biologist, Infertility and Molecular Diagnostics Wing
Ms. Ishani Banerji graduated with B.Sc. (Hons.) in Medical Biotechnology from Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh and has two post graduate M.Sc. degrees in Animal Biotechnology from Nanaji Deshmukh Veterinary Science University, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh and Clinical Embryology and Assisted Reproduction Technology from University of Leeds, United Kingdom. She has been an embryologist as a part of the scientific staff since 2015 while pursuing her postgraduation and is adept in oocyte pick-up, andrology, IVF, ICSI, cryopreservation and embryo transfer. She specializes in molecular biology and genetics and is interested in establishing preimplantation genetic testing at Ideal Fertility. Currently, she is the Embryologist and Molecular Biologist of Molecular Diagnostic Wing and doing diagnosis of pathogenic diseases such as TB, HPV for cervical cancer, dengue fever, chikungunya, malaria and hepatitis B. She plans to extend the Molecular Diagnostic Wing further along her career with latest and state-of-the-art molecular techniques.
